9 – 9:15am: Bid Opening: Truck Equipment

9:15 – 9:30am: Hwy/Fire Update

*Continue discussion about job title; Change to Administrative Assistant
*Discuss proposal made last week for an addendum to the job description rather than a contract

Sign/review Treasurer and Accountant warrants
Continue discussions on instituting performance reviews; review all samples
Town records (create policy for town records and update on cemetery and burial records being returned to town hall)

Review City & Town article and further discuss appointed vs elected Treasurer and Collector positions
Continue discussions about creating a Roads and Machinery/Buildings and Roads Advisory Committee

  • Recommendation: Gradually condensing the warrant – review samples and continue discussions after town meeting
  • Part time positions, policies for pay and time off

FY16 ATM Warrant Items:
  • Amend retiree health insurance bylaw?
  • Increase legal expenses line item
  • Breaking out the paid positions for the library into director and part time staff for transparency (currently they are lumped together)

If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him/her to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he/she does not withdraw, may order an officer.
